My Mission

My Mission

I know from experience that positive change is possible, but it usually doesn’t follow a straight path. There can be a lot of false starts, wrong turns, detours, and repetition of mistakes, but with perseverance you can achieve your goals. In fact, reaching your destination may be all the sweeter when you face some challenges on your journey. I also know that failure is a necessary component of success, and an opportunity to grow and learn. Just because a goal is daunting, doesn’t mean you should give up on it.

I founded Change and Maintain because I wanted to share the experience of overcoming challenges to achieve success. I believe we all have the capacity for lifelong growth and learning, and it is never too late to become the best version of oneself.

My work is grounded in cognitive behavior therapy with insights from psychodynamic therapy. I will help you identify how your thoughts, feelings, and actions interact to influence your outcomes. I will help you gain insights and strategies to modify the thoughts, feelings, and actions that stand between you and your dreams, so you can build your strengths and unleash your talents.
